As a co-owner of Head-On Group, Tony Fethon stands as a distinguished veteran in the electrical field, boasting a remarkable three decades of experience.

As a qualified electrical engineer, Tony’s unwavering dedication, along with his team, extends to his commitment to providing sustainable electrical solutions.

He is one of the driving forces behind Head-On Electrical’s journey toward a greener and more energy-efficient future.

Alisha serves as the General/Office Manager at Head-On Electrical, contributing 14 years of experience in Business Administration and over 9 years in Management, with more than 7 years dedicated to the Electrical Industry.

She is passionate about optimising workloads, ensuring seamless daily operations for the team.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, taking on the role of a chauffeur for her various hobbies.

Having commenced as an apprentice, Chloe has developed 3 years of invaluable experience in Customer Service and Business Administration.

She is dedicated to maintaining meticulous organisation in both the office and electrical stock, ensuring engineers have the right resources when needed.

Beyond the office, she finds delight in horse riding and related activities.

Simon brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. He has successfully managed and overseen a variety of projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
